We watched "Julie & Julia" today - I really enjoyed the film and it's message of doing something creative every day.  I have a copy of Mastering the Art of French cooking from 1971 that my aunt and uncle gave to me, waaaaaay before the blog and film...perhaps I will try and make something from it finally!  Eliza
